We are attending GradIreland on the 28thof September to talk about our Internship and Graduate opportunities.
Prior to my Internship, I had never experienced hybrid working in the workplace. It was so helpful as a mother, being able to organise my family life without needing as much help with things, like school drop offs for instance, which I would have for a regular 9 to 5 office role. I loved having the option to be in the office to integrate with the team or to work remotely for more focused time.
The InnovationChallenge is a well organised project where interns were put into groups to work on different business cases. As a UX designer it allowed me to experience what it’s like to work with a development team, have scrum meetings, daily stand ups, work in sprints and even be a scrum master for a while. I got to learn what deliverables were needed from UX to developers.
It is is great opportunity to join a team that is rapidly growing, we have created a space for innovation, career development & opportunities while working on cutting edge digital transformation technology.
